1. The Witcher

The Witcher is a Polish-American fantasy drama series produced by Lauren Schmidt Hissrich. It is based on the book series of the same name by Andrzej Sapkowski, and follows Geralt of Rivia, a monster hunter, who struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts.

2. Stranger Things

Stranger Things is an American science fiction horror web television series created, written, and directed by the Duffer Brothers. The brothers serve as showrunners and are executive producers along with Shawn Levy and Dan Cohen. The first season premiered on Netflix on July 15, 2016, and the second season was released on October 27, 2017. The third season was released on July 4, 2019.

This nostalgic sci-fi thriller set in 1983 tells the story of four kids who stumble upon a mysterious girl with superpowers called Eleven. They soon discover that she is being hunted by the government for unknown reasons. The show is exciting, heartwarming, and will leave you binge-watching for days.

3. 13 Reasons Why

13 Reasons Why, based on the 2007 novel Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher, follows high school student Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette) as he returns home from school one day to find out that his classmate and crush Hannah Baker (Katherine Langford) has committed suicide. He then listens to a set of cassette tapes she left behind in which she details thirteen reasons why she took her own life.

Big Mouth is an American adult animated sitcom created by Nick Kroll, Andrew Goldberg, Mark Levin, and Jennifer Flackett. The first two seasons premiered on Netflix on September 29, 2017, while the third season was released on October 5, 2018. The fourth season was released on December 7, 2018.

5. Mindhunter

Mindhunter is an American crime drama web television series created by Joe Penhall, based on the true-crime book Mindhunter: Inside the FBI’s Elite Serial Crime Unit written by John Douglas and Mark Olshaker. The series revolves around two FBI agents, Holden Ford (Jonathan Groff) and Bill Tench (Holt McCallany), who interview serial killers in order to understand how they think, with the hope of applying this knowledge to solving ongoing cases.

Narcos is an American crime drama web television series created and produced by Chris Brancato, Carlo Bernard, and Doug Miro. Set and filmed in Colombia, seasons 1 and 2 tell the story of drug kingpin Pablo Escobar from the late 1970s through the early 1990s from the point of view of Steve Murphy, an American DEA agent sent to Colombia on a U.S. government mission to capture him. Narcos Season 3 expands to explore the illegal cocaine trade from the 1980s into the early 1990s by shifting its focus to various other criminal elements besides Escobar, while finishing off with accounts of Escobar’s fall.

Sense8 is an American science fiction drama web television series created by Lana and Lilly Wachowski and J. Michael Straczynski, who served as showrunner. The series was produced by the Wachowskis’ Anarchos Productions alongside Straczynski’s Studio JMS, and Dutch production company Georgeville Television. It premiered on Netflix on June 5, 2015. The second season of 12 episodes became available for streaming on May 5, 2017.[4] On June 1, 2017,[5] Netflix announced that it had canceled the series after two seasons.
